Every one of us brings a certain behavioral pattern to the table. In an organization, this can present critical hurdles to success.

Victoria Green, Doctor of Clinical Psychology, knows how to help people tweak and shift those inherent patterns to achieve a more efficient and successful organization. She helps you and members of your team put aside the patterns that are holding people back so everyone can get out of their own way to achieve the desired results.

But that’s only Half The Story.

Victoria Green began her career in the aerospace business as an analyst, systems engineer and project manager for industry leader, General Electric. She understands first-hand how organizational challenges can impede progress and efficiencies. How difficult it may be to work through others to get things done. How important and powerful the team process is to problem solving. And how important it is to align the team around clear business objectives.

  • Victoria’s extensive training as a Clinical Psychologist and Research Specialist enables her to identify and analyze organizational patterns of dysfunction and to implement programs of change, which are grounded in a deeper understanding of individual and organizational dynamics.
  • She has consulted to a wide range of industry sectors from pharmaceutical, energy, and financial services to manufacturing and telecommunications. From start-up to mid-size to Fortune 50 organizations. Her clients have included Exelon, Johnson & Johnson, and Merck.
  • Over the years, she has successfully helped her clients identify and assess talent, develop company leaders, facilitate high performance teams, identify and enhance leadership aptitude, resolve conflict, and improve individual and organizational communications.
